With the 50 years of the Royal OAK being celebrated right now (1972-2022), the market for Royal OAK’s is rising and beautiful pieces are becoming increasingly rare, most of them having been given to auction houses for the thematic sales dedicated to this anniversary. Nevertheless, a few pieces remain, such as this sublime 39mm all-steel Royal OAK in near mint condition, featuring one of the rarest dials available for this model, the cosmos blue dial, not to be confused with the classic blue dial which, although sought after, is much more common. Perpetual calendars are in our opinion the most beautiful version of a Royal OAK and it is unfortunately becoming increasingly difficult to find beautiful pieces in such condition these days.
